Each School has its own research student representative who you should contact for more information.  There is a Research Student Co-ordinator for each School, who (in some cases with assistance from other academic staff) oversees research student activity, organises seminars, deals with academic problems, and generally ensures that the Code of Practice is upheld in the School. 

Please note that the precise nature of this role varies from School to School.
