With the “Alive Again” single scheduled for a May release Edinburgh based Underbelly are set to win even more hearts and minds with their epic tunes. The 2005 single “Come In to Land” earned the band gigs with Nizlopi, Cosmic Rough Riders and Grim Northern Social as the EP won acclaim in the press, notably in this review form The Daily Record - "Come in to Land has the same kind of quiet and loud bits beloved of Gary Lightbody. There are heavy rock guitars and soft folk guitars. After hundreds of Franz Ferdinand copycat bands it's great to hear a band following the success of Lightbody and co." With airplay on Radio One, XFM Scotland for all their releases the “Alive Again” single will surely point their powerful heartfelt music in the direction of the charts.

MICK DRAIN is quite simply one of the most charismatic front men currently performing in Scotland. Mick has teamed up with muti-instumentalist Ged and they have been performing and recording tunes, old and new, with a desire to grab peoples attention and entertain, albeit sometimes with heartache but always with commitment. The ex-Smokescreen singer Mick Drain says his song Marchetti Scheme will feature in the new Sex And The City film after Hollywood top dogs came across his music on his manager's Myspace site. Certainly one act to keep an eye on!
